Should we tip the usher?
The price of your package includes gratuities for every normal service provided. The Usher is an exception. If, you feel the Usher has earned an industry standard gratuity, it is your prerogative to tip.

Can we deviate from the scheduled itinerary?
Yes. However, last minute cancellation of reservations may incur a fee. Also, patronizing business that are not affiliates or are not expecting our service may also require normal entrance fees and product purchases that will be added to the cost of the package. The contracted credit card holder’s account will be billed for these added expenses, including tax and gratuities.

Are hard copy photos of the party available?
Any number of CD’s or hard copy photographs can be purchased additionally and delivered within days.

Can we extend the time frame of the event?
In most cases. An hourly fee will be added to the charge of the event or package, which includes transportation costs and an added service charge for the Usher. All guests will be provided with instructions prior to the scheduled event and/or activity. Knot Just Yet claims no responsibility for any guest who fails to follow or comply with the instructions issued by the Usher. Any purchases beyond the parameters of our itinerary are your responsibility.

Can we add more drinks to a package?
If your Hostess has not added The Carte Blanche Hostess add-on to your package, any additional drinks will be your responsibility and purchased separately.

Can other people join the party?
Only those people whose names you have submitted during the contract process will be allowed to ride in the vehicle, and all passengers must have valid identification with them at all times. Inside package venues, however, any person may join the group if there is normal seating available and it is within the agreement parameters with that specific affiliate.

Is our usher allowed to drink with us?
Absolutely not, under no circumstances. The nature of our events is designed for your safety and convenience. The Usher is encouraged to facilitate fun, but at no time is he/she allowed to drink alcoholic beverages or engage in unprofessional fraternization.

Can we take two vehicles if our party exceeds twenty people?
Some packages do have limitations, but we will make every effort to accommodate as many guests as you would like to invite.

What if I need to cancel?
Knot Just Yet has extensive guidelines regarding cancellations. Please refer to our Refunds and Cancellation Policy under Terms & Conditions.

What happens if a guest overindulges and cannot continue with the party?
The nature of our service is to provide fun in a safe and mature environment. All guests are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and in a mature fashion. Our Ushers will intervene at their own discretion to avoid overindulgence. And if a guest becomes incapacitated or even obviously inebriated to the point of self-endangerment or endangering others, the party will come to an end and the entire group will be taken to Emergency Services or back to the Central Location, and no refunds will be made available. Any costs incurred at Emergency Services will be the responsibility of the person in question.

Can you provide hotel stay and/or rent-a-car service for guests from out of town?
Knot Just Yet has a large partnership base that provides discounts at many establishments including those that provide hotel accommodations and car rental services.

Should we bring anything with us during the event other than our identification?
Each package has its own set of activities, products, and services. We have made painstaking efforts to anticipate your needs and to manage every detail. We will even provide a carry-all bag that can act as your purse if you want to keep personal items with you in addition to what we provide you with. But if you wish to supplement the evening with your own Champagne in the vehicle or items to use during the party, feel free. Please make us aware of any unusual items that you are planning to bring so that we can make sure there is room in the vehicle or that it will be appropriate in whatever setting we are planning to patronize.

If our package has costumes, what do we do with them after the party?
All costumes should be left with the Hostess, or at the Central Location. A representative of Knot Just Yet will come the next day to pick up the costumes and return them to our affiliate. Please be aware that any damage to a costume or unusual cleaning requirements will be your responsibility and charged to the credit card holder.
